These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Member") and Mikitoto ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://mikitoto.cam (the "Platform").

Mikitoto is an English-language online gaming platform serving players in Malaysia and is designed specifically for the Malaysian market. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise stated. Our Platform offers live casino games, slot titles, sports betting (including English Premier League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other markets), and related gaming services.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered member account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the sum of real-money funds held in a User's Account, denominated in MYR.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or reward offered by Mikitoto subject to applicable bonus terms and wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required before full withdrawal privileges are unlocked.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any stake placed on a game, slot, or sports betting market available on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which access to or use of the Platform is unlawful or restricted.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all registered Members.
• "Force Majeure" means any event beyond Mikitoto's reasonable control, including but not limited to server failure, cyberattack, natural disaster, or regulatory action.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency of Malaysia and the primary transaction currency of the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on the Mikitoto Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your membership:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. Mikitoto applies a strict 21+ minimum age policy in accordance with internationally recognised standards for online casino and gambling platforms. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance or bonuses.

3.2 Personal Capacity

You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, trusts, or other legal structures may not register as Members. You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws applicable to you.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being reviewed.

3.4 Geographic Access

The Platform is primarily designed and marketed for use by players located in Malaysia, including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and surrounding areas. Players are responsible for ensuring that accessing the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. Mikitoto makes no representation that access to or use of the Platform is legal in all territories.

To access the full functionality of the Mikitoto Platform, including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals, you must complete the registration process and, where required, submit to identity verification (KYC).

4.1 Registration Information

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, email address, and mobile phone number. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.2 KYC Document Submission

Mikitoto reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, and will require such documents before processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian NRIC (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or Passport; proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months); and a selfie photograph holding the submitted identification document. Copies of the payment method used for deposits may also be required.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Mikitoto will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You should notify Mikitoto immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

By using the Platform, you agree to the following general terms governing your conduct and use of Mikitoto's services:

• You will use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial purpose.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or otherwise reproduce any part of the Platform's software, game logic, or proprietary content.
• You acknowledge that all gaming outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or, in the case of live casino, by real-time dealer actions, and that no outcome is predetermined or manipulable.
• You accept that the Platform may be unavailable at times due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, and that Mikitoto provides no guarantee of uninterrupted access.
• You will not use automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other unauthorised software to interact with the Platform or gain any advantage over other players.
• You consent to Mikitoto recording and monitoring all wagers, transactions, and communications on the Platform for regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and dispute resolution purposes.

6.1 Supported Payment Methods

Mikitoto supports deposits and withdrawals exclusively through verified Malaysian payment channels. Accepted methods include: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (e-wallets); Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect (online banking); and DuitNow, FPX (bank transfer networks). All transaction amounts are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Standard minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts begin at RM30, with a maximum of RM30,000 per transaction unless otherwise specified for your account tier. Mikitoto reserves the right to apply additional verification requirements for transactions above certain thresholds.

6.3 Processing Times

E-wallet withdrawals via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed in under five (5) minutes. DuitNow and FPX bank transfers are typically completed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to sixty (60) minutes. Processing times are indicative only and may vary during peak periods or pending KYC review.

6.4 Ownership of Funds

All deposits must originate from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. You may not use payment methods belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.

6.5 Anti-Money Laundering

Mikitoto operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. We reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities and to withhold withdrawal processing pending AML review. Funds that cannot be verified as legitimately sourced may be frozen or returned to the original payment method.

Mikitoto offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing members, including welcome bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, and periodic promotional offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms:

• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. Specific wagering requirements are stated in each promotion's dedicated terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player, per promotion period, unless the promotion terms expressly permit multiple claims.
• Mikitoto reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly permitted in the promotional terms.
• If Mikitoto determines that a bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through collusion, or through exploitation of an error or loophole, the Company reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Birthday bonuses are credited to members' accounts based on their verified VIP tier at the time of their birthday. Tier-specific amounts range from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP). KYC must be fully completed to qualify.
• Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per successful referral are credited when a referred friend completes registration and makes a qualifying first deposit. Referral rewards are capped per promotion cycle as specified in current promotion terms.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity on the Mikitoto Platform, including slot games, live casino tables, and sports betting markets:

8.1 General Wagering

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after submission.
• Winnings from slot games are calculated based on the published paytable for each individual game. RTP percentages ranging from 95% to 97% are published for all slot titles and represent long-run theoretical return figures — they do not guarantee winnings in any individual session.
• Mikitoto reserves the right to void bets placed in error, due to system glitches, or where incorrect odds were displayed as a result of a technical fault.

8.2 Sports Betting

• Sports betting markets are available on events including, but not limited to, English Premier League (EPL) matches, Liga Super Malaysia fixtures, AFC competitions, UFC bouts, and other major sporting events.
• In-play betting markets are subject to suspension or closure at Mikitoto's discretion during live events.
• In the event of an event cancellation, postponement, or abandonment, bets will be settled in accordance with Mikitoto's standard sporting rules applicable to each sport, as published on the Platform.
• Mikitoto reserves the right to limit or restrict betting on any market, for any player, without explanation.

Mikitoto is committed to promoting responsible gambling at all times. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and never become a source of financial hardship or personal harm. The following tools are available to all registered Members:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts notify Members when a defined session duration has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Period: Members may apply a temporary pause on their account, ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may permanently or temporarily exclude themselves from all Mikitoto services. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the stated exclusion period.

Members who believe they may have a gambling-related problem are encouraged to seek professional support. Mikitoto strongly encourages responsible play and reminds all players that gambling should only be undertaken by persons aged 21 and above. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Mikitoto Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading registration or KYC information.
• Operating more than one Account, whether directly or through a third party.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Employing automated tools, bots, artificial intelligence algorithms, or any mechanical, electronic, or other software-based methods to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, game errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unintended financial advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a known or suspected error will be voided.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing Mikitoto staff or other members in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other Members, or interfering with the Platform's security or technical infrastructure in any manner.
• Registering as a Member if you are a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Mikitoto employee, without prior written consent.

Mikitoto reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or unlawful activity.
• Discovery that the Member does not meet eligibility requirements, including the 21+ age requirement.
• Regulatory direction or legal obligation requiring the cessation of service to the Member.
• At the Member's own written request for account closure.

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their last verified payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of AML and KYC checks.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Mikitoto and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, interruption of service, or any other loss or damage.

Mikitoto does not guarantee that the Platform will be free from errors, viruses, or other harmful components, or that any defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Mikitoto makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for any particular purpose.

In the event of a Force Majeure event, Mikitoto shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations hereunder, and all pending transactions or wagers may be voided or delayed at Mikitoto's discretion.

All content on the Mikitoto Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphical assets, game interfaces, written content, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Mikitoto or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No Member may copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without Mikitoto's prior written consent.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration or the appropriate legal forum as determined by Mikitoto.

For any disputes relating to your Account, transactions, or gaming outcomes, Members must first contact Mikitoto's support team at [email protected] and allow a reasonable period for internal resolution before pursuing any external remedy.

Mikitoto reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify Members via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure by contacting support.
